To all our valued customers and suppliers,
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having a significant impact across Australia. At All Torque Transmissions we remain acutely aware of the impact this is having and may continue to have for the foreseeable future, for ourselves and our business colleagues. We are taking a position of ‘business as usual’, with our sales and supply branches still being attended, whilst keeping abreast of the evolving direction from various authorities.
As a company, we have the capacity to work remotely to ensure your interests continue to be looked after.
Naturally, the health and safety of our staff, customers, their families, and communities, is of the utmost importance and our number one priority.
We have undertaken steps within the company to eliminate non-essential travel and will continue to seek guidance form official government sources.
In our ability to manage the situation we will weigh in all such factors and recommended guidelines when making key decisions by implementing and enforcing the following practices:
- All non-essential travel and on-site visits are now limited
- Restricting face to face meetings and replacing with digital modes of communication to reduce possible transmissions
- Following all recommendations from the Department of Health stringently. This includes social distancing, no handshaking, frequent hand washing, and increased sanitation of surfaces in our offices and warehouse facilities
- Those that are concerned about their health condition to communicate openly to management and we are asking those to stay at home if they fall ill
We currently have no reported cases of illness relating to COVID-19 within the company.
We have in place a number of measures ready to be implemented for such an occurrence. We certainly hope this does not occur, but we must be vigilant and prepared in the event that it does.
Unfortunately, we are all experiencing unprecedented disruptions to our way of life – privately and in business, so we wish you well through these challenging times.
Yours sincerely,
Craig Mighell
Director
