As part of All Torque Transmissions’ alliance with Bonfiglioli comes our distributorship of Tecnoingranaggi planetary gear units. Tecnoingranaggi specialises in high-precision units, and uses the latest in automated manufacturing techniques to maintain quality standards.
The entire Tecnoingranaggi manufacturing facility conforms to ISO 9001:2000 standards, covering:
- The modern lathe shop, featuring the latest generation CNC machinery
- The metrology room, with the latest generation instruments and measuring equipment (including profile magnifiers, altimeters, involute meters and 3D controllers)
- The test lab, housing testing and calibration equipment which gauges final backlash
Tecnoingranaggi’s standard range of LC and MP low-backlash planetary gearheads from the basis of the company’s continual product development, coming up with extended applications of existing technology and also developing prototypes for new product design requirements.
The Tecnoingranaggi range is available on short turnaround times from the Bologna factory, which we then airfreight with minimal delay straight to Australia.
